I can't generate images, its keep saying there's an error

I’ve been unable to generate images for quite some time now, even with simple prompts and default settings. The error message keeps repeating itself.

In most cases, that message appears when communication with the Firefly server is blocked.
Please check your security software and firewall settings and try again.
