I've used Firefly before and everything worked fine. Now I get errors and they tell me that the app doesn't work in my region. Please tell me how to fix this so that I can continue using the app.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

That error message does not say anything about region. Are you seeing a message somewhere else that says Firefly is not available in your region?

When I try this prompt, I get an error that the prompt cannot be processed, which usually means the model believes it may violate the Generative AI guidelines.  AFter further investigation, it appears the word "breast" is what is causing it to be blocked. If you remove that word, the prompt is accepted.
