I was given access to Firefly's Generate Video, but so far I haven't been able to get it to work. I know it's new and probably being slammed with people getting access if I have, but so far anytime I try to run a prompt, I get either a error message, "Can't Access, Sorry Adobe Firefly isn't available in your region" or "Firefly is unavailable, Firefly is at maximum capacity due to high demand. Please try again later." It rotates back and forth between these two errors as I try to send the prompt.
I tried this with just a text prompt, and then also with an image + text prompt.
I am in the US, and double checked my region settings weren't wrong at account settings level, so that's not the issue.
I have also tried sending the prompt at different hours of the day over the past couple days, so I don't know if just the servers are being swamped at all times? But I would assume I would at least get one prompt through at some point.
I also noticed that after trying to send a prompt through, all of the camera and video options on the left menu freeze up and are not able to be selected. Also, the image upload box dissapears after a failed attemp.
And one last thing, if i try to refresh the page, the prompt sticks and I'm unable to make changes. This also is the case if I head back to the Firefly home page and try to go back in. I wiped cache and did a refresh on the page, and same thing happens. The only way for me to clear the settings and start over is to use the link in the email I received from Adobe from when I got access. When I use that, I get the pop up where you agree to usage.
Anyone else get access yet that has had the same issues and figured them out? Or is it just being hit this hard with users that it's hard to get anything through right now?
Thanks everyone and looking forward to checking and trying this out on some work.
