We need some additional information to help you. What Firefly function are you using, Firefly Video or Translation? If Firefly video, are you using keyframes? If so, can you please share them. Can you also please share the prompt you are using.
In addition, are you naming a trademarked product? (You didn't say.) If so, that's against guidelines.
4. Be Respectful of Third-Party Rights
Using Adobe’s generative AI features to create, upload, or share content that violates third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights is prohibited. This may include, but is not limited to, entering text prompts designed to generate copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise infringing content, uploading an input or reference image that includes a third party’s copyrighted content, generating text that plagiarizes third-party content, or using a third party’s personal information in violation of their privacy or data protection rights.
@jane-e yes Im making a translation video of a brand video review. theres a big difference between creating a ai prompt video about a brand or translating a product review of a branded product. the video I made exists with the brand, and we are simply dubbing the voice aka tranlsting it, that TOS is abosolutly rediculous, for that usecase.
iv noticed there is some finnes missing in adobe online experiances. simple example when i click reply to a comment it doesnt tag that person or make it visible that its a reply. you ahve to manulally @ that person in teh comment. thatrs not a good user experaince.
also in the video tranlstion problem I had, an error happens it says against TOS but doesnt give me options to apeal it or deal with the problem the only option is to "delete" the video.
as a user I havent used much yet i see loads of mistakes with the online systems.
anyway I'm going to use another service to do translation dubbing, I wish adobe the best if someone in charge is reading you need to make things smoother.
one last thing I didnt like I tested the service first with your free test with a product video with brands in it didnt say anything about TOS, but only when I signed up to pay did it freak out. feels like catfishing technology if you ask me

Ideas and Bugs are for Adobe Staff to track and are displayed in Linear View. Discussions are in Threaded View by default. If we were to move your post from Ideas to Discussions, for instance, your replies will be threaded.

To post an Idea or Bug, please follow these guidelines:
These posts are pinned to the top of Ideas and Bugs, plus a shorter version appears when you start a new post. Your post has morphed beyond Ideas and has turned into a Discussion. Exactly one idea or bug should be in a thread so the engineers can track it and other users can upvote it.

"Smoother" can mean so many things and is vague. Specific issues (one per thread) are helpful, and Adobe staff does pay attention.

This would be a good subject for an Idea — be sure to follow the guidelines for posting Ideas. I agree that it would be useful to know these things before you start a project. I just tried a prompt with a famous person and famous brand. As expected, I got an alert that both had been removed.
