Hi @siddharth_sarathi2327!

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry about the issue. I shared the bug with the product team. Meanwhile, you can go to the file, see the generated images, and download the ones you need.

Everytime i want to generate something it generates a set of images and then after few seconds the message appears - somethig went wrong please try again. I mean we are paying for this feature, you once again increased your pricing plan to include firefly, but its the most uselless app when you have to spent an hour trying to generate 1 image.

FIX THIS!

The "Something went wrong Please try again later. " Message keeps showing up upon generating images, its been happening since last week. At first I thought it was the prompt but simple prompts like a "dog running down the street" is having the same trouble. Having the same issue for videos, as well.

I tried clearing the caches, cmnd + shift + R, as mentioned in other forums but nothing seems to work.

Is there a solution to this?

Every time after a few minutes, it looks like all the previously generated pictures disappear and I reveive a message

"Something went wrong
Please try again later."
Though the pictures are still in the History and I have to add them back one by one to Preview

After generating the images, they disappear automatically

Hi @divyangani,

Did the image generate first and then disappear when this error was displayed or did you get this error immediately after trying to generate?

Thanks,

    droopy

Hi @droopydog500

The image generated first and then disappeared, following the error message.

Hi Droopy and Oh.N8

The generation process and download process works fine. But within a few seconds the generated files disappear on my browser. They are not vanished. When you are going to the files (history), they are still there. It is a wee bit akward, because you want choose the best results as a complete overview. Hopefully you can help me. Thanks!

I prefer Firefly 3 to Firefly 4. I always have it set to fast mode. In the last few days, I have tried to upscaled my images on Firefly 3, but the result is that the images don't change at all, in appearance, size or quality. It says they have upscaled, but they are exactly the same. It has wasted my credits upscaling to get the exact same image. The images only upscale normally every now and then. The images in the generation history above the most recent generated images also disappear a minute or two after being generated, being replaced with "Something went wrong". When is this bug going to be fixed?

I also just tried Firefly 4, and the only result I get is the "Something went wrong" message. No images at all.
