Impossible de créer un vecteur / cannot generate a vector image

Bonjour

j'ai un souci, de puis plusieurs semaines impossible de générer un vecteur, même basique (dessine un carré bleu).
Message d'erreur : "un problème est survenu."

Testé sur Mac et Windows, sous chrome Version 142.0.7444.135
Est-ce que quelqu'un aurait une solution ?

I’ve been having an issue for several weeks now—I can’t generate even a basic vector. (draw a blue square)

The error message is: “A problem has occurred.”

I’ve tried on both Mac and Windows, using Chrome Version 142.0.7444.135. Does anyone have a solution?

I used the prompt: blue 3d box; and, it worked on my side.
Being captain obvious: could you try the following link?
Adobe Vector Firefly 

I am sure you cleared your cache as well.

Thanks for your help Nate.
The link is correct and I tried the same prompt as you did : same issue.
It is not a cache issue because I tried again on a new computer, with no Firefly history.

Any other idea ?
Network issue or related to my account ?

Besides the issue is specific to vectors, images are well generated.
