Issue with downloading multiple images at once in Firefly Boards

I’m encountering an unusual bug when attempting to download more than two photos simultaneously. After taking the time to create an image library and selecting a group of images for export, the zip file contains all the files, but they appear pixelated and compressed. Is there a way to download all the media without having to compress them into a zip file?

Thank you for your message. 

I was able to replicate this problem. I will ask for it to be looked at. It seems like a bug to me.

Unfortunately, I do not think there is any alternative for you than to download individually.
