Not generating

I get this error all the time last time:

"An unexpected error occurred and we failed to generate an image! Please try again."

Hi @Endless_Lemniskate, there are a few things you can try, including switching to another browser or trying an incognito browser (note with a private tab, you won't be able to save to favorites). Sometimes you need to log out, clear your cache, close your browser completely (not just the Firefly tab), and log back in again with your Adobe ID. Let us know how it goes!

Please check that your account is registered in a region where Firefly is available.
