firefly not generating images

Browser is Chrome, OS is Tahoe 26.0.1

Firefly is not working for me - I get a message saying "something went wrong, this image produced an error, please try again."

Thank you for your message. 

Can you please show us a screen shot of the entire browser window with this error?  What OS and browser are you using? If you try another browser as a test, does that generate the same error?

I just tried Safari, it  kame up with "something went wrong, please try later:

This is something to do with my Adobe log-in.

When I try using the free version of Firefly without my Adobe log-in, it works.

Anyway, I  need to be able to log-in with my Adobe account for work. Thank you!
