Received the "You're In" Email but having access issues

Hi Tracy, me also - been pacient the past 3 weeks - but still open the Link from invitation < when logged  to my account > and button on top-right says "request access". So I'm still in line to be cleared.

I'm having the same issue.

I am having the same problem, I have received my 'You're in' email however when I attempt to log in, my profile can not be found. If I try to register I'm told I already have a profile.

I have the sam problem. I've giot Mail "Your'r in" but still have no access. I just see the request access button when I'm signed in. Clicking on Generate Button leds  me to the page with the video. Any advice?

I received my "You're In, it's time to try Firefly" acceptance email a few weeks ago. When I clicked on the link and logged in to my Adobe account, I was directed to "Request Access" again. chatted online with an agent & had several phone coversations with another agent. Was asigned Case Number: ADB-28972230-N5Y2 and recived an email stating that they are going to close my case. This issue hasn't been resolved.

Firstly :

I'm applying with an email that has an Adobe ID associated.

The email to which invite arrived is primary

I'm signing in with adobe account. 

Now the matter : 

I received the "you're in" mail march the 30th and I can't do enything on firefly...

May somebody help please ? 🙂

I received the "you're in" email, access the site, log in with the email I requested access through (and where I received the access email) but still just get the "request access" button on the Firefly site.

I've filled in the form linked to in this thread, including the version with the checkbox, but still am no further forward.
