Received the "You're In" Email but having access issues

I got my official invitation, clicked on the link, logged on and seemingly got in with the "You're In" website. When I follow the "click here" link to the Firefly site, it presents options to generate images and text effects. But those don't actually work. The website just takes me to a generic site with an intro video and a "request access" button. Any idea what's amiss here?

Hi. I have the same problem. Got my "You're in" email, but still don't have access to the beta. I made sure the address I received the email to is the same as the one I'm using to log in on-site. I cleared my cookies and tried with a second web browser — same results. May you give me a hand? Thanks in advance.

correction to above : instead of "let me in" should have said something more like put me on the list or register my interest. Anyways looked like the beginning of the process again.

I am having trouble accessing the link.  Received the "You're in" email", clicked all 3 links, the firefly link took me back to firefly and in the corner said "request access" so I clicked that again and it showed the form again, so I did the form again, but it looks like before and said would let me in instead of giving me access.  Not sure what might be a problem.  I don't know this is a factor since all the links worked but I have a privacy-blocker web-based email program. I checked the message details and it says "1 email tracker blocked". Could this be the problem? Do I need to change it to gmail or something?

Hi,
I received my 'you're in' email on the 5th April and stil couldn't access Firefly so on the 12th April I followed instructions and submitted the form linked below ( intended for users who have received the "You're in" email and are having access issue.). This was nearly two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back and still can't access the site?
I doubled checked and my email submitted is correct.
How much longer will it take to be granted the correct access?

I'm having the same problem, the issue i'm facing is with the same email as my AdobeID

Received e-mail to my "Adobe mail" (that is obviously linked)
Once on firefly page still got the "Request Access" button
Refreshing doesn't help
Deleted Cache
Different Browser
Logged out and In agai
Different computer with a fresh access

Nothing listed above worked, i applied to the form specifically made for this matter.
Hoping to hear back soon as i'm very excited to try this new tool!

Well, I'm not sure if it's worth also replying, but I'll give it a try. Cleared the cache, logged out of the account and back in, etc. Same problem. I filled out the pinned form. Fingers crossed.
