Reference Image is not working

Hi, I am experiencing problems uploading reference images in Text to Image. It's happening when I drag an image and when I click 'Upload your image' – sometimes it works but mostly it doesn't. I am using JPEG and PNG files. It is showing me an upload progress bar and gives me the warning about usage rights but it does not appear as a reference image thumbnail and subsequently doesn't generate an image based on that reference. Hi, I have uploaded a screenshot. I am using Firefly2 via the website (firefly.adobe.com/generate/images) in Google Chrome (v116.0.5845.179) with MacOS Monterey (v12.3.1) on a MacBook Pro 15" 2019 laptop.

When I click upload a Ref image, or drag and drop a Ref image, I get the progress bar for the upload and sometimes get the Usage Rights notice but the Ref image is NOT being used to generate a new image

I have also noticed that the "Use as style reference" command from the Edit drop-down menu from images in Firefly also aren't working - see screenshot

Hi, using Android Moto Z3. Chrome browser on the Firefly page. When erasing with my finger, other previously erased parts spontaneously reappear. Image attached is my Moto Z3 info. Here's a link to a screenshot video of what's happening.

FYI, this started yesterday. I have been using for a few weeks with no problems.

Hello, has there been any progress with this? I am still experiencing the same problems. It is such a shame as Reference Image is such a game-changer for Firefly2, especially now Dalle-3 and MJ have introduced image tuning, etc. Thanks

Did you ever find a fix for this? It just suddenly started happening to me.

Until earlier this evening, I've been able to upload reference images and I've been able to click on a generated image and choose "Use as style reference." I'd also been able to hit "Generate similar." Now nothing.

They were working earlier today but then suddenly just stopped. This includes uploading reference images I'd uploaded earlier today. The images I've been trying to upload were generated by me in Firefly.

I'm seeing this happen in both Safari and Firefox on two different devices (MacBook and iPad)

Any idea what's up? I ended up burning through a bunch of credits since I couldn't build off of results from earlier prompts. Basically having to start from scratch each time.

Was not working this morning, but it's now this evening it's working again.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Can you please tell me what is happening? Are you getting an error or does it just seem to ignore the reference image?  Can you please include a screen shot?
