Text to image: Reference image can not be removed

Cannot deselect or remove the reference image so I'm forced to use one, upload one manually or select an existing one. The X button does nothing.

I can't do the match feature using my own photos and when I press the remove reference image bottom it does nothing

Are you getting any error when you're trying to upload your image? Can you share a screen recording of you trying to upload your reference image? Please also share what browser/device version you're using.
