Can you please tell us what OS and browser you are using along with their versions? A screen recording showing the problem would also help us diagnose the problem.

Hey @adjourney 

It's working for me. You may want to turn your computer off or your wifi. I find turning off my wifi resets things as well. (I don't know why.)
Start w turning your computer or phone off (though).
