Using firefly and spending my credits for error during the process

Helloo there, 

 

The system is atempting couple of times to generate a video, he was only successful once, but after with the slight changes on the prompt he is showing me errors and asking me to try later.... but at the same time spending my credits. 

 

Thats not fair! Fix it and returm my credits
