Video Prompts fo AI not working

I'm trying to generate a video using AI but no matter what prompt I put in, it gives me an error. "Something went wrong, Please try again." Is there a special way of putting in prompts?

Thank you for your message. 

Can you show us a screen shot of the whole browser window? Try in another browser as a test and see if it works in that. If not, please share your prompt and any keyframes you are using.
