A couple of things could be happening, as I am also unable to use the partner models.
Service Outage...

Otherwise I am not sure.

What happens when you click on the "Add" button? If nothing, please try another browser as a test.

I've pressed the add button, but there's no response. I've tried it on several browsers, but it still won't click.

I see GPT and Ideogram options with an add button on the right but when I click that button nothing happens. I've premium subscription and I can use other model when its not a vector image. looks like a bug.
