Can Adobe Firefly images be used for commercial use?
1 Correct answer
It saying that you can use adobe firefly 1 model for commercial use, not 2nd model. Right now 2nd model is beta version. When you generate something with firefly 1 model, you can use it commercially, but if you generated image using firefly 2 model then you can use it only for personal only.
In both of them adobe will add information what model is used for generation of that image, so it will be easy to understand it was used with first model or second.
Hope this helps.
And please
Do not use

Hello,
Here is the full guidline for commercial use
https://helpx.adobe.com/firefly/faq.html#using-firefly
For features without the beta label, you can use Firefly-generated outputs in your commercial projects. For features that are in beta, you can use the Firefly-generated outputs for your commercial projects unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product.

thanks,
I read it and didn't understand how do I know if Adobe doesn't approve a specific commercial use?

here is the full guideline much more deeper
In general, you may use outputs from generative AI features commercially. However, if Adobe designates in the product or elsewhere that a beta version of a generative AI feature cannot be used commercially, then the generated outputs from that beta feature are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially.

There is no answer to my question. Where is it specifically seen that certain features are prohibited. They repeat the same unclear words

Hello
I wonder if there is any update on this topic. I am creating a product line with the help of Adobe Express and Firefly, I would like to know if I would have some legal issues. thank you for your efforts and help

@focused_Essence0D44, the Adobe Help page listed above contains Adobe's answer to your question. You are able to use Adobe Express and Firefly created content commercially. The main caveats are, if a feature is specifically marked "beta—do not use commercially" you cannot use it commercially (I am not aware of any current public betas with that label). And if you are using a free version of Firefly, you cannot remove or crop out the watermark.
