Adobe Firefly is not available in your region (the USA)

I decided to try the web version of Adobe Firefly. And I couldn't because of this error: Adobe Firefly is not available in your region. I live in the USA. I tried my Adobe account first, which was registered when I lived in Belarus. Then I used my other google account, which I didn't use before to sign up for Adobe, but I have the same issue. Why?

Hello adobe,

If I know how to change my account I'd already do it. But I can't see possibility to do it. Your answer is not an answer, because your article doesn't help to decide existing problem.
