I'm not fully following your question. Do you want to upload an image and get Firefly to create different resolutions of that image - such as a higher resolution version? If so, the answer is that Firefly does not do this.

 
The way Firefly works is you write a prompt, add various settings such as Effects - Painting, add a reference image (if desirable) for composition or style, and generate. One other setting is Aspect ratio  - includes 3:4, 4:3, 1:1. 16:9. The Aspect ratio will determine the pixel size and it is fixed per Aspect ratio - you can spefiy the precise pixel size of the generated image.
