Adobe FireFly

I would like to report an issue with the Adobe FireFly software. I am trying to use the Generate – Generate Speech feature. Any attempt to generate speech from text results in the message: “You do not have access to this feature. Please contact your administrator to request access."

I have reviewed your account and found that a Creative Cloud Enterprise Shared Device license is assigned to you. Please note that Firefly premium features are not included with this licensing type, as Shared Device Licenses only provide access to desktop apps, not services like Firefly.
