actualmente cuento con un plan Creative Cloud, en el cual está incluido Firefly. Sin embargo al usar Firefly en la web me indica que debo adquirir un plan. Solo pude generar 2 videos

J'ai un abonnement tout creative cloud, il me reste 904 crédits et lorsque j'essai de générer une vidéo un message apparait me proposant un abonnement adobe firefly et impossible de générer.

I have full subscription of Adobe creative cloud all apps but whenever i try to make image to video it's demand me to purchase more credits however i still have 1000 credits left

I have the Adobe app package, but Firefly says I can't use it until I buy it. It's in the package. What's the deal? THX.

I have full subscription of Adobe creative cloud apps but whenever i try to make a video with Adobe image to video it's demand me for purchase credits again however i still have 10000 credits, does Adobe image to video doesn't counted in Adobe creative cloud credits

I have the same issue. We are an ad agency for the fashion industry and we wanted still to have some motion and Firefly has never generated an image we can use and because we are in the fashion industry, Firefly Adobe says our images are against community guidelines.  So the fashion, cosmetic, beauty, and apparel industries and their ad agencies and designers should know that Firefly is not for anything related.   Firefly wants to monitor content.  This is outrageous.

Les escribo para reportar un problema a la hora de generar en firefly. Yo tengo un plan comprado. Dispongo de +900 créditos actualmente y sin embargo no me permite generar, mostrandome direcatmente una pantalla para ampliar mis planes de adobe. Ojalá se pueda solucionar, gracias.

I'm trying to generate more image to videos with enough credits but the system keel saying that I've no more credit available.....wonder why?

Hola, soy Matías y tengo el plan Creative Cloud Todas las aplicaciones 100 GB, que incluye Adobe Firefly. Sin embargo, al intentar acceder a Adobe Firefly desde el navegador web, me solicita realizar una compra, a pesar de que ya tengo este servicio incluido en mi plan actual. ¿Podría revisar mi cuenta y solucionar este inconveniente?

También he notado que los créditos generativos de mi plan no se renuevan al inicio de cada mes. En lugar de comenzar con créditos nuevos, los créditos usados del mes anterior se acumulan y se suman mes a mes. Esto me ha causado problemas ya que ahora he acumulado casi todos los créditos generativos disponibles. ¿Cómo podría verificar y corregir este problema para que los créditos se renueven correctamente cada mes?

Hallo, warum kann ich meine generative Credits nicht für firefly bild zu Video nutzen obwohl ich ein Creative Cloud All Apps 100 GB Abo habe? Ist dies richtig oder ist es ein Fehler? Ich konnte zwei kurze videos mit Bild zu video generieren und dann sollte ich ein Abo für Firefly abschließen obwohl dies eigentlich in meinem Abo enthalten ist so wie ich das verstehe. Ich habe eigentlich noch 975 credits für ki frei.

I have 942 credits left until feb 16 and firefly asks me to buy a subscription to firefly but won't use my cloud membertship credits.

I am getting the same thing also.  I was only able to generate 2 video and I currently have a Creative Cloud plan.
