Animate a photo

I simply want a generated animation of an actual photo in which the individual in the photo is animated - an artistic representation of the photo. After two dozen attempts this is not happening.

It's a jpeg photo of myself taken on an iPhone 14 Pro Max. The first dozen generatives produced a woman figure using my pose. Even when I used the word male it still produced a woman. What I was looking for was for my photo to be turned into anime. I tried uploading the photo as a reference. I'm looking for something more straightforward. Upload photo; animate; choose template, etc.
