Annoying message about this image and saying its against their term of service

I don't know what triggered or caused the error messages that deleted my image, it quit doing it after few hours and I was able to generate some pretty cool images. I just use firefly not generative fill, because last time I used it is annoying. I prefer using my own images thought that was the problem. Adobe help said it might have been word "kissing" in the prompt. I just took a break came back and tried it without word kissing. It was weird how it suddenly fixed itself. I don't know what happen.
