Big sur can connect to adobe 2023?

i want to register my adobe cause the old one just expired. but the big problem is. my OS is Big Sur, my friend is High Sierra, is it compatible for us. to install the new one adobe? since we cannot upgrade OS more. dont say we have to change our laptop... too expensive for Us changing our.macbook thank you
