Bringing generative AI to video with Adobe Firefly Video Model

Hello community!

We’re excited to share progress on the all-new Firefly Video Model, which will soon offer Text-to-Video and image-to-video capabilities across ‪@AdobeCreativeCloud‬, ‪@AdobeDigMktg‬, and @AdobeExpress workflows.

The Firefly Video Model generates dynamic video that editors can use to quickly ideate their creative vision, fill gaps in their timeline, and add new elements to existing footage. It is designed to be commercially safe and will be available in beta later this year.

Firefly Video Model is look exciting!

Generative AI in video production will be offering faster workflows and broader access to creative tools. It can handle technical tasks, allowing editors to focus on storytelling. However, there's concern that AI could replace certain jobs in the industry as it becomes more advanced.

While AI can assist with efficiency, human creativity and decision-making remain crucial. Video editing involves more than just cutting clips—it's about conveying emotion and telling stories that machines can't replicate. By adapting and embracing these tools, editors will continue to have a vital role in the future.

Now see, there you go, getting us all excited.  We've been waiting for this feature ever since it was announced to be coming soon.  Some of us have even wasted money on lesser products in anticpation of this release.  But seeing it and the options and instructions it's able to follow—This will truly change the game, putting Adobe back in front of the image competion, where it belongs.  Needless to say, and I think I speak for all of us, we wants to play with it now.  So, sooner the better.  Looking forward to it.  Chop, chop.  Go get it ready for release.  Thanks for the tease.  Now, we're anxious!
