cannot download AI images

I have Adobe CC subscription for all apps. I work on a PC Windows 10 on updated Chrome browser version 124.0.6367.119 64-bit. After generating an AI images (4 images on a page) I cannot download them. I made around 8 - 10 images (different images) which I downloaded on Adobe Firefly and then I couldn't download a single more.

"Download all" option does not work either.

Refreshing browser doesn't work either.

Starting the work from the very beginning which is opening the website on a home page of Adobe Firefly doesn't help either. I still cannot downoad images.

I read that "Firefly will let you generate up to 3,000 images a month. People who subscribe to one Creative Cloud app (like Illustrator or Premiere Pro) will be able to create 500. Full Creative Cloud subscribers will get 1,000 across apps. Creative Cloud Pro subscribers will get 3,000."

I am a full Creative Cloud subscriber, so I shoud be able to generate 1000 images/month.

Hello
After turning the browser off I saw for a second a window prompt "files are
still being downloaded". I ignored it aand restarted the browser. Then I
started everything again and it worked.
Thanks

Hi there!

Sorry to hear that. Are you getting these option after clicking on the download icon? You can click on the download to see these options.

Let us know.

Thanks,

No, in both cases - when download is performing well and when download is failing, I do not see anything after clicking on DOWNLOAD. You must know that I noticed such a strange behavior on my Chrome browser only on Adobe website. None, literally none of websites (nor addresses) that I have ever visited (and I use tens or over  a hundred websites that I download files related to a graphic design) warned me about files that were being downloaded. Now, when I even browse Adobe stock assests I see that downloading PREVIEW files on Adobe Stock and on Adobe Firefly is very long. Sometimes the window with the saving directory opens after 15+ seconds. The browser has nothinig in the cache, beside Adobe URLs that are saved within the browser. My browser does not collect passwords either, I have another password-saving program. So... the problem may be in the Adobe User Interface (website), no matter if I am on Polish or on the US website, and no matter which language I choose.

My apologies for missing your OS/browser.  Will need someone from Adobe to look into this further.

Hello Droopy

I've read many posts on this issue BEFORE I posted mine. No, switching on Edge browser doesn't help. Besides Adobe should should do something on CHROME which is the most popular browser in the world.

I see all images, they are still being generated but I cannot download them.

I see that I have 956 "generative points".

Yes, I have enough space.

I wrote already which system and browser I use (it was at the beginning of my post)  but I can do it again:

Windows 10 Home

Chrome version 124.0.6367.119

No, I do not see any prompt/error message when I try to download the image/4 images in a batch. Nothing happens.

Thank you.

Hello @broadway73 ,

Thanks for your message. The limits on generative AI creation are enforced at the generation stage, not download. If you have generated it and can see it on the screen, you should be able to download it. (For more info on gen credits, see: Frequently asked questions about generative credits.) You can see how many credits you have left by clicking on your avatar in the upper right corner:

Is it giving you an error of any kind or just silently not downloading?  A few things I would check first:

  • Do you have enough disk space to download the images or might your disk be full?
  • I have seen some operations fail when your authentication expires, but usually you see a red failure box if that happens. Try logging out and back in again.
  • Try another browser as a test and see if it works in that browser.

If none of these work, please let us know what operating system you are using and which browser along with their version numbers.

Thanks,
