Can videos created with Firefly Video beta be used for commercial purposes?

Hi Brandwache!

Firefly Video Model is trained on licensed content, such as Adobe Stock, and public domain content where copyright has expired, all the outputs are also commercially usable. There could be some instance where you cannot use the beta feature, and in those cases we would clearly label that in the app. Indemnification is only allowed once the beta label is removed.

thank you for your reply. Am I summarising correctly: Videos generated from Firefly Video beta can be used commercially, with the restriction that there is no compensation in the event of a copyright dispute...?
