Hi, I am a visual artist, if I use an image generated by AI based on my commands to create a completely different image, or significantly different in form and color, do I have the right to exhibit and sell it. I believe that I am the artist and the final author of my artistic work, and its expression depends on my talent. I do not use AI as a graphic designer. I wonder if it is worth buying Adobe Firefly.

Hello @Jerzy_Pietruczuk,
Adobe does cover commercial use of AI generated images in their terms of use. But that covers the perspective of is Adobe saying it is ok for you to use an image their tools created or altered. It does not address the question of are there any legal issues with your own use of an AI generated image? This is a legal question that is best answered by your legal counsel. This area of the law is in flux and ambiguous, and differs based on where you are located. If you need to make business decisions based on the answer, it is best to talk to your attorney.
My best,
droopy

Thank you very much.
I think that AI composing a painting soullessly is just a tool or material, at least for now. It is hard to imagine that a manufacturer of brushes and paint would demand copyrights to paintings by Pollock, for example. In the case of my works, I am just starting this adventure, the mark of my personality is indisputable and completely dominant. And if I ask AI to freely react with a picture to my poem, which is a human work, and I use the result obtained ruthlessly transforming it into a new form, there can be no doubt whose work of art it is. Thank you again and best regards.
Jurek
