credits were deducted but no video was generated in adobe firefly

i tried to generate a text to avatar and it deducted points off my allotment but did not give me a video. How do i get a refund of my 23 credits?

Sorry about the issue. Are you getting any error messages? Unfortunately, there is no process to refund credits. You can have your credits in your credit cycle.
