Why is my image cropping top and bottom when I add it to Firefly. I'm producing the original 3D image in illustrator at a 16:9 ratio but when I generate the image with my requests it crops. Help required please

Hi Fyfe Anderson!

Thank you for reaching out. The aspect ratio of the reference image needs to match the aspect ratio of the generated image. From the screenshot, it appears that the reference image's aspect ratio is not 16:9. What happens if you choose a Square (1:1) aspect ratio instead?

Hi there. Thanks for your answer. You are correct. It works if I select the square image. I'm used to working with Runway AI where you always s eem to have the one ratio and have to follow that. Just trying out Firefly to see if it gives a better result than runway. Thanks again. David
