Question

Does anyone know how to purchase Firefly Services?

I've been trying for over a month to purchase firefly services to gain access to the photoshop API. I understand I need an enterprise account, but not a single person can tell me how to purcahse one.  I have filled out all forms, called all phone numbers, and send emails to all suggested email addresses.  I have had multiple meetings scheduled with Adobe and no one has ever called during these time periods.   At this point in time I'm thinking it's not possible to purchase Firefly services because no one can tell me anything about it, nor does anyone EVER respond when filling out requests for information.   In the last 4 days I have spent somewhere between 6-7 hours trying to get an answer to a question that should be simple: How do I buy firefly services, how much does it cost, and what is the quota for API usage for the Photoshop API.

Has anyone purchased FF Services and are using it?  If so, whom did you speak with and how did you get in touch with them.

NOTE: Please do not link me to any forms or tell me to call a general support line. I have case #'s already with Adobe, and have already been linked to all the forms.

@seth_6641 Enterprise accounts are contractual and have a minimal headcount to apply. You can't "purchase" enterprise for an individual or team under 50 people. After you have an Enterprise account 3-year contract, you then can inquire about Firefly services/API which is an additional cost/separate contract.

@Kevin Stohlmeyer - Thank you so much.  This at least gives us a base to go on.  Thank you!

Hi @seth_6641, you will likely need to wait if you have already done all the above. Even to contact Sales, you need to first fill out the form and wait your turn to be contacted. The Community is a user-to-user forum, so we don't have access to any of your account details or any ability to look up your particular inquiry. I am asking @Vivek12 to see if they can help point you in the right direction.

Thank you, I have had 2 meeting scheduled from Adobe.   They basically sent emails giving me a case # and a timeframe which they would call. Neither time did I ever get contacted.  I have an account rep who doesn't respond as well.  It's just frustrating that literally no one in Adobe's support chain can give me any guidance on this matter, even though I've filled out every request for information starting back in July.

Not your fault.  I appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi, @seth_6641, sorry for the trouble. Please DM me the screenshots of the emails you have received from Adobe, and I will coordinate with the concerned team accordingly.
