I am so tired of this. No matter what I do, I keep getting this message about guidelines. I have read the guidelines. It would be helpful if the robots in charge would let us know exactly what guideline we have crossed?
I have complained. Is this for professionals or for elementary schools? Is there a version of Firefly that is not going to reject an image of someone under 40? I read a report by another user trying to work with an image of his Grandmother. The EXPERT said, "try to give her some grey hair so the system doesn't think it's a CHILD" Really the dumbest AI I have tried. So disappointed in Adobe.
We can't process this prompt because the reference image
doesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload another
image and try again.

Hey @Levi
I find using bright and easy to recognize images work in Firefly.
The image itself could be difficult for Firefly to determin what the image is itself.
Cheers
