Erro na utilização do firefly 3

Todas as tentativas de gerar algo com o firefly image 3 dá sempre o erro presente nma imagem?

Alguma sugestão?

Thank you for your message. 

Is this only happening for Model 3 and not for other models?  What OS/browser are you using?  That error normally means there is some connectivity problem between the app running in the web browser and Adobe servers. That could be: a browser extension interfering, your computer's firewall, you network's firewall, connectivity problems with your internet service provider, etc.

If you are using Windows, the most frequent cause is the Windows Defender Firewall blocking connexions. You can try reseting the firewall to the defaults and see if that helps.
