Question

Error one or more words violate our user guidelines?

"The landscape of a dream. Today art is a dream whispered to machines. Echoing into never, Tomorrow dreamscapes will flow like rivers through our lives." How does this violate the user guidlines?!?! Unbelievable I am being robbed of my time and my money. This is clearly a normal text prompt. If you have some sort of shadow ban on me, im just going to start recording all the "violations" and post them on the FBI fraud report website.

Hi @Incorporated Etincelles!

Sorry about the trouble. I tried your prompt and was able to generate a video. Could you try it on another browser? We’ll share the issue with the team to look into it.

Thanks,
^KR

Thanks for writing back. You need to change or rewrite the prompt. You can add some settings that appear on the left side of the UI.

Let us know if you have any questions.

This is not correct. The problem is not that there is a word that violatesthe user guidelines. But that the error is being IS AN ERROR. This error should not have been given in this prompt. Nothing was wrong with the prompt.

Hi @Incorporated Etincelles,

This is not customer service. This is a user community support forum.

Hello @Incorporated Etincelles,

Thank you for your message.

I do not get an error with that prompt. Were you using the prompt in English or another language? If another language, please include the exact prompt you used in the original language. Did you use any reference images? If so, please include those.  Please also upload a screen shot of the full browser window with the error.

Thanks,

That is the full original prompt. The screenshot is irrelevant and only serves as proof of the error in question and the data in the prompt. It was taken with the windows snippet tool. And, it has all the contextual information I would think anybody needed. I’m not going to just keep pumping money into the system wasting my tokens on an error prompt so you can “see” full screen or not. That just seems ridiculous. Who even are you? I thought this was customer service not an open forum. The bug is reported. You can either do something or you can’t. Asking me to spend my money is counter productive to my OP.
