Firefly distorting the images

Has anyone figured out how to stop Firefly distorting the images you upload when generating videos. I have uploaded my product image, but it gets distorted once the video is created. It warps and changes shape too.

In my experience, keeping it as simple as possible is the best

I uploaded a product image as a .png file with transparent background. Then a .jpg with white background,  then the product on a background. None of which worked. The product in the images gets morphed into different shapes and distorts the text. Nothing like the video shown below.
