Firefly not accepting my images for image to video

Community Beginner ,

I keep getting this error: We can't process this prompt because the reference image
doesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload another
image and try again.

Nothing in my image violates the user guidelines. It's my own creation. Attaching here.002.png

Hello @hnarment,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

I cannot tell for sure, but I think it is because the model thinks the keyframe image contains a child. The beta model will not generate videos based on keyframes that contain children.

Thanks,

After a back-and-forth conversation with Adobe, this is the case! Wish they had put this in their user upload guidelines.

The test I have been using is, if an image has a person that it might think is a child, replace that person in the image with an elderly woman and see if it generates.  In all these cases where it appeared it might be considered a child, it generated when it was an elderly woman.

Agreed. I ran into the same wall. This is a completely understandable limitation put in place by Adobe. However, when reading through their guidelines page this rule was not clear at all.
