firefly not generating images

Hi,

Adobe Firefly is not generating images. After I load the prompt and click "generate", it seems to be loading for a very long time before reporting a problem (see screenshot attached).

What is the reason? It worked fine in the morning and then stopped

Hi there again, What browser were you using and which did you go to? I have had all my issues using Chrome, I never thought to switch browsers. What browser finally got you going? Not apples to apples exactly, as I was trying to create video, not stills, but I will try the browser swap. Thanks! -Ben
