Hi all,

I am really puzzled regarding the firefly API use.

I want to use the API version of firefly. Right now, I have student and teacher free trial version. But it seems that I only have access to the chatbot. How do I use the API service? I also do not understand the following:

Enterprise customers must be assigned the System Administrator or Developer role in the Adobe Admin Console to access the Adobe Developer Console.

  • Identify an Adobe Admin in your Enterprise. This may be as simple as checking the notes in your Adobe account. Adobe’s Solution Consultants will also typically have an administrator contact for the organization.
  • Have the Admin set up either System Administrator or Developer roles for users who will need to generate API keys. Alternatively, ask your Admin to generate the keys if they feel elevating roles is too risky. If your Admin does this for you, skip to the "make you API" section.
  • If your Admin allows you to generate your API keys, the Admin will also need to assign Firefly - Firefly Services to you as a product in the Admin Console.

So my question is, do I have access to the API service if I choose to go further with the student/teacher subscription, and if yes, how do I get access following the information above?

@Friso36820001500u the Firefly API is only available for Enterprise contracted customers at an additional cost. It is not avialable for student/public use.
