Generate Button grayed out for video

Was in the middle of generating a few videos I had prompted, hit the generate button, and it grayed out but nothing happened, despite my still having ample generative credits. A few hours later, I checked back and found that the button was still grayed out and nothing had still happened. At this point I tried opening Firefly in a new tab, refreshing, clearing cache, restarting my Mac, and opening Firefly in multiple browsers (Chrome and Firefox) just to find that in all cases the generate button was still grayed out and I could no longer produce videos. Any suggestions for ways to fix this would be much appreciated
