I have engaged with Adobe's online chat (which was a ridiculous waste of time) as well as asking via X (silence) hence as to why I am posting here.

I have the 20GB Photography Plan - prepaid yearly beginning 6th September.

My understanding is I am entitled to 250 monthly credits (as my subscription began prior to 1st November)

Can anyone - either a Adobe employee or someone else on here confirm this and what day of the month does my allocation of credits renew as Adobe's online chat are clueless.

I'm having same issues. Adobe need to answer this as it was they who devised these 'credits'

if that is the case then why havent mine. my plan started on 6th sept so should have renewed today

I see other also having this issue. Seems Adobe has some glitch going on. See the following discussion.

The following article should help you. As per me you would get 250 monthly credits with the renewal on 6th of each month

Thanks, that's what I think. As I'm writing this my credits still haven't renewed. Have yours? Do you have to use them all up first?

I have less use of them as I am more of a developer than a creative guy so most of the times my credits remain unused.
