Glitch in image generation with 5200 credits!!!

All day talking to you guys about a glitch I'm having trying to generate an image. I have 5200 credits after they told me to sign up for a 7 day trial until they get it resolved in 5-7 business days!! It's still telling me to sign up for a new plan!!! I'm not trying to make a damn movie!!! A simple image. [cursing removed] I want extra credits just for my time and hassle dealing with this [cursing removed]  all day. Also getting a message declining to generate the image!  [cursing removed]

I'm sorry for the frustration that definitely shouldn’t be happening. Please try signing out and back into your Adobe account to refresh access.

I tried that already several times. I dealt with this 2 weeks ago. You had me buy a trial so that I could use it while you "figure it out." In the meantime I'm losing the credits I accumulated and PAID FOR!
