How to avoid Irrelevant Results?

Hi there, 
I'm wondering if this is a tech issue or something, it's happening very often that there are a few features aren't working properly. 
1. Upload Reference Image unable to upload reference image.
2. Show Similar is never working.

3. Advanced settings(exclude) is not responsive at all.

Firefly is spending me a alot of credits to generate irrelevant images. 

Any buddy here who is experiencing the same thing?
