How to change default aspect ratio from Square (1:1) to Widescreen (16:9)?

When I generate the first image it always comes out in aspect ratio 1:1. How to change default aspect ratio from Square (1:1) to Widescreen (16:9)?

Hey @Janusz31149726unjb
The quick work around for this is by going into the Gallery. Within the Gallery there a lot of images that are already in landscape.
Sometimes you are lucky and you find and image that is similar to something that you may want to create/ generate.

If you are interested in learning more about how to use Firefly, join us on the discord. Jack and Shawn answer Qs, generate images, and just have fun learning about Firefly in the different Apps.

Cheers,

Waiting for the answer yet - but as temporary workaround is to bookmark an existing image

If you're in the Text to Image module you can click on the right-hand side there should be a drop-down for "Aspect ratio." Click on the drop-down and then choose "Widescreen (16x9)"

I know this, but before I enter the Text to Image module, I first have to enter the prompt, press Generate, and Firefly always automatically generates a 1:1 image. Only after that, I can change the Aspect ratio. This way I waste unnecessarily one generation.

I'd also like to know about this. Adobe why was there no answer to this about changing default settings for mode and aspect ratio?
