How to login Firefly Beta? Keep getting these errors below wrt possible false age problems

Hi All,

I got my invitation for firefly beta but i cant login no matter what i do. login with adobe ID or google.. I keep getting an error

I get this with my adobe Id which I use for creative cloud:

 If I try with my google account then this page

I even deleted my Behance account but it didnt help

I have no idea what is it with the screenshots. I contacted chat support but they sent me to the forums..

delete your adobe.com cookies and sign in with the id used to apply for firefly.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Thanks, I tried it before but tried it once again deleting cookies and trying with ID then deleting again trying with google account. I'm still getting the same errors as above. I can use my ID or google account to login any other service or these forums but Firefly sign in just doesn't work.

i'm not seeing a problem. what if you try to login using your mobile, firefly.adobe.com ?

well I'm not minor, this is definitely a problem with the integration of firefly with the rest of it. It's nonsense to get an age problem like this when I'm using my own card to subscribe for creative cloud tools. Besides that page is outdated like 4 years. I don't see an option to change DoB anywhere in settings or profile details. Support sent me the same page, then gave up and redirected me to the forums 🙂

i don't know any more help for you except to say, firefly is in beta so problem are not entirely unexpected.  but there should be some way to report a problem so it can be addressed before advancement from beta.
