I'm trying to buy some credits and subscribe, but I get a message saying 'success,' but afterward, I see no subscription.

Thanks for reaching out. I see you have an active Firefly standard plan under your account. Please log out and then log in again, and you should be able to use Firefly.  Please let me know if you need additional help.
