Question

Is it possible to use images created in Adobe firefly in projects?

I have a project in which I used pictures created in this application. There is no watermark, the pictures are in good quality. Do I have the right to use them? Don't need to pay anything?

@Neko380242316d6t you have the right to use them commercially as long as they are not watermarked or using Beta (such as Photoshop Beta).

"Outputs from generative AI features without the beta label can be used commercially. Outputs from generative AI beta features can be used commercially unless otherwise designated in the product or elsewhere, but these outputs are not eligible for indemnification while in beta."

See the FAQ at the bottom of this page: https://www.adobe.com/products/firefly.html

How do I know if I'm using the beta version or not?

Nothing in Firefly site is beta at this time. Photoshop (Beta) has it noted in the name.
