Issue with Adobe Premium Subscription from NVIDIA

Hello,I received a 1-month Adobe Creative Cloud subscription from NVIDIA and redeemed the code on June 29. I have barely used Adobe Firefly—only generated 2-3 images. However, today when I tried to generate a photo, I noticed that I no longer have access to the premium subscription.How is this possible, considering I received a 1-month premium subscription from NVIDIA?
