I have my opinion, I tested Firefly AI and was disappointed with the results. In the first generation, I only got one cat, which felt too much like a "comic " or cartoon. The second attempt was even more frustrating due to the limitations and restrictions on content. While I understand the need for boundaries, I prefer art with a harder edge and a touch of parody, rather than overly simplistic themes. I doubt Adobe can provide the service I’m looking for.
I’m interested in hearing from other Creative Cloud Desktop users about their experiences with Adobe's AI generation tools. While tools like Photoshop are flexible, AI generation seems to impose unnecessary limits and checks, which can be overwhelming. Many users, including myself, feel frustrated by these constraints.
Over the past year, I’ve invested a lot in various services, and while some have met my expectations, I’ve found impressive results with free tools like Fooocus from GitHub. The quality of images I can produce with these free models is astonishing, making me question why I would pay for a service that leaves me feeling disappointed and restricted.
I also had a mixed experience with Leonardo AI. While they offer good generations, their limitations are still too tight. In contrast, Grok xAI provides high-quality outputs with minimal restrictions, allowing for more creative freedom. The inability to generate content involving parody, dark humor, or references to public figures feels like an attack on free expression. I believe Adobe should tailor its services to user preferences. Stricter restrictions may be appropriate for younger users, but adults should have more flexibility. Additionally, the current model of paying upfront for AI generations without the option to revise or request refunds for unsatisfactory results is problematic. A pre-generation approval process would be more fair, allowing users to pay only for content they are satisfied with. In conclusion I was going to uninstall all programs software and just quit with Adobe they offer me a deal that I could not refuse so I will stick on for another month trying other things hopefully it will be better but I really doubt because my words were not hateful discriminatory NSFW are none of that it was only an image of Donald Trump with God for the first image of the generation of a video of 5 seconds the last image was Donald Trump still with a big red demon very high quality images the prompt was something like: "After begging and pleading with God he was escorted to purgatory by Lucifer". After several unsuccessful attempts I had to remove the word God and Lucifer for the generation to be accepted nothing less. The result a real buffoonery the main character Donald Trump was completely modified by artificial intelligence the behavior of the characters seemed completely illogical a real mess. Thanks for your attention, I hope to receive interesting comments because I'm a serious person despite the fact that I do things perhaps on the edge of the limits.🙂

Hi Gattogrosso!
Thanks for sharing your honest feedback. We understand your frustration with the limitations in Adobe Firefly, especially around content moderation and creative freedom. Our AI tools are designed with safety and ethical use in mind, which can sometimes restrict certain themes, including depictions of public figures or religious content.
That said, your suggestion, like more flexible settings for adult users and a pre-approval system are valuable and will share with our product team. We’re always working to improve the balance between creative freedom and responsible AI use.
We’re glad you’re giving it another try. If you’d like help exploring features like Generative Fill or Text to Image, we’re here to support you.
