My Adobe FireFly Plan is not working.

Hello, My Adobe FireFly Plan is not working.
It is an annual plan that will be finished in 2025.
It worked for a few months, but it is not working anymore.
I have not used any credit this month, and it shows that I have 100 credits for using it, but when I want to use it, it tells me this: "You're out of generative credits. You can wait for your monthly credit reset or upgrade to get more credits." Then, the select plan popup comes up.

@S38507593tt3s Generative Credits renew on the anniversary date of your plan, not the first of the month.

Do you mean that I used all of my future credits?

I thought that it would be reset every month and that the bill was annual.

It does reset - on the date you signed up each month. What day of the month did you subscribe?
